Object of the Company
(a) to provide space for federal purposes, independently or in cooperation with third parties, and to this end above all to acquire, utilize, manage and realize property and premises, taking into account the Federal Republic's requirements, to raise and maintain buildings and to render central building administration services;

(b) to acquire, utilize, manage, rent out and realize property, premises and real right in land, to raise and maintain buildings, and to render central building administration services for purposes other than federal ones. In view of the market regulations governed by community law (in particular state aid rules, public procurement law and competition law), however, the majority of services shall be rendered to the Federal Republic in accordance with section 3 para. 1 lit. a).

(c) to render property management and construction supervision services
(d) to utilise properties or parts thereof not used by the Federal Republic;

(e)  to perform the trade of developers;

(f) to establish branches, to acquire, lease, administrate and realize businesses, to participate in businesses and companies whose main line of business corresponds to the one set out in lit. (a) to (d), as well as management and representation thereof.

(g) to perform other supporting and ancillary businesses connected to the line of business, not including businesses subject to the provisions set out in banking law.

(h) to fulfil its tasks in accordance with the BIG Act, Federal Law Gazette I no. 141/2000 as amendedTerms of Use
